From the moment you join, the experience is personal. Here is exactly what the first two months look like.
Week 1
Your Prime Portrait
Within one week of completing your membership, you receive a calendar link to schedule your Prime Portrait session — a 45-minute facilitated conversation with Justine or a trained Primes facilitator. This is where your journey inside The Primes truly begins.
Week 2
Meet Your Cohort
You receive introductions to the other women joining your cohort, including a copy of each member's Prime Portrait (shared with permission). Before you ever gather in person, you already know each other.
Week 3
Your First Table
Your First Table group is introduced — a curated peer advisory group of 6 to 8 women matched to your professional chapter and life stage. You receive a short profile of each member and your first meeting date.
Weeks 4–8
Full Access
Full access to The Primes community platform, the Prime Archive, the Wisdom Amplification Engine, and all upcoming community gatherings and events. The conversation is already underway.

Founding membership investment is shared in your Step 2 Welcome Packet after you are accepted — designed to be less than the cost of a single session with a top-tier life coach. You are not just joining a community. You are investing in direct access to Justine and to a group of women who will know your name from day one.
Applications are reviewed personally by Justine. Admission is by cohort, twice a year.
